A guy sits on the fire escape outside the Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool, wine bottle in one hand and a fag in the other. Why is it still like this today, surely the world as more to offer them than this?

I don't know why it's still like this today and much worse in some cases, the rest of the world would like to forget and pass on by. I think it's important to keep recording these things as a reminder that life for some is not so great! Well captured.
